Bean sprouts is made up mung bean, it is product of China but is growing in the UK. It is called Lv Dou Ya as well. Nowadays, it is widely using for cooking Chinese stir fry egg noodles and Pai-Thai noodle.

Simple Salaed Bean Sprout with Egg Noodles

Preparation:

1. Putting washed bean sprout into 1 little boil water for 15 secends and drain it.

2. Preparing 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 2 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon salt , 1 tablepoon sugar , 1 tablespoon fried garlic and a few choped spring onion.

3. warming up fresh egg noodles or soaked egg noodles.

4. Putting prepared bean sprout, egg noodles and sauces into a pan salaed ,

5. Finally, add spring onion on the top.
