Wheat flour, pork, bamboo shoot, sesame oil, wheat gluten, soya oil, salt, sugar, etc.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18 °C or below. Consume soon after opening.

Cooking suggestion

Steam: prepare a steamer, place a plate in the middle and heat the steamer. Lightly spread 1 Tbsp of oil on the plate. Remove all packaging. Place the dumplings onto the plate and steam for 15-20 min.

Shallow fry: spread 2 Tbsp of cooking oil on a frying pan with medium heat. Remove all packaging. Place the dumplings on the pan and fry for 5 min, and stir continuously. Add enough water to halfly cover the dumplings. Cover the pan and simmer for 5 min.

Deep fry: preheat oil to 160C. remove all packaging. Deep fry the dumplings for 5-6 min until they turn to golden colour.

Boil: bring 1.5L water to boil. Remove all packaging. Put the dumplings into boiling water and stir occasionally. Cook with high heat until the dumplings float to the surface. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 5 min.
