Fresh Egg Noodles 400g

Basic Recipe for Product

Chicken Cold Noodles

Serves 2

Ingredients

350g chicken thigh

200g fresh egg noodles

½ cucumber, cut into thin strips

1 large carrot, peeled and cut into strips

50g canned water chestnuts, sliced (optional)

2 Tbsp cooking oil

5g cooking salt

Marinade

2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

Method

1. Marinate the chicken thigh with the marinade for 30 minutes.

2. Grill or pan-fry for 10-15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly and cut into strips or cubes, set aside.

3. Mix all the remaining ingredients with dressing together.

4. Serve with chicken thigh.

Tips: Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce can be substituted by Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce.

Simple Salaed Bean Sprout with Egg Noodles

Preparation:

1. Putting washed bean sprout into 1 little boil water for 15 secends and drain it.

2. Preparing 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 2 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon salt , 1 tablepoon sugar , 1 tablespoon fried garlic and a few choped spring onion.

3. warming up fresh egg noodles or soaked egg noodles.

4. Putting prepared bean sprout, egg noodles and sauces into a pan salaed ,

5. Finally, add spring onion on the top.
