Storage

Keep frozen at -18 °C or below. Consume soon after opening.

Cooking suggestion

Frying: heat the oil in a deep fryer to 190C. let the dim sum gently slip into the deep fryer and fry for about 5 min until golden brown.

For soup: steam the dim sum for about 10 min and place the dim sum in a soup bowl. Pour the bouillon you want over the dim sum. You can possibly boil the vegetables with the bouillon and garnish the soup with finely chopped spring onions.

Snack: first frying the dim sum. Heat some sauce of your choice in a wok and add the fried dim sum there. Wok until thoroughly blended and then serve.
