Ingredients

Wheat flour 37%, water, tofu, glass noodles (sweet potato starch), spring onions, green onions, white cabbage, isolated soy protein, dried radish, corn oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, flavour enhancer, corn starch, ginger, soy bean oil, emulsifier, black pepper power.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18 °C or below. Consume soon after opening.

Cooking suggestion

Pan-fry add 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan, heat and fry dumplings on medium heat for about 4-5 min or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Deep-fry: add enough oil into a pan or deep flyer and heat to about 170 °C. Add carefully the dumplings and deep fry for about 2-3 min until they are golden brown and crispy.

Steaming: add some water into the steamer, put in the dumplings and close lid. Cook for about 7-8 min.

On the stove: boil water in a large pot. Add dumplings and cook for 3 min. serve to taste with chili sauce.

For soup: add dumplings to the desired soup and once they rise to the surface, simmer them for 5-6 min, or until they are cooked.

Microwave: add dumplings with about 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat to the highest setting for 3 min.
